The Journal of Management and Research is HEC recognized Y-Category journal and a prime outlet of Dr Hasan Murad School of Management (HSM), of the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Pakistan to disseminate scientific knowledge about the emerging trends, challenges, and solutions of management in organizations. JMR is a double-blind peer-reviewed, open access, and biannual journal that aims to publish theoretical and empirical research concerning the contemporary management issues in organizations – both for-profit and not-for-profit. JMR broadly publishes in the areas of strategy and policy, performance management, human resource management, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, organization development, and organization theory.
