Khuram Shahzad

PhD Management, RMIT University, Australia, is a well-versed management professional, academician, and development expert with 15 years of combined international working experience in the industry, academia, and development agencies. He has been teaching in RMIT School of Management since February 2017, and UMT Pakistan since 2007. Some of his contributions in academia include the launch of “MPhil in Strategic HRM”, designing outcome-based courses, and a landmark joint initiative (SME conference) of government and academia for promoting SMEs focused research in Pakistan. Shahzad has around thirty (30) research publications in journals listed with prestigious bodies such as ABDC, Thomson Reuters, Scopus, etc. He also serves on editorial board of multiple national and international reputed journals. His research interests and mainstream past publications focus on the performance and HR issues in small and medium-sized enterprises. Shahzad also works with Asian Development Bank (ADB) and SMEDA-Pakistan as Monitoring and Evaluation consultant and trainer after receiving special training from National University of Singapore (NUS), New York University (NYU), and Asian Development Bank (ADB) on the monitoring and evaluation of development programs. The diversity of his consultancy services encompasses many research-based projects, data collection, and development of performance management systems and brand development strategies for SMEs.

Umer Azeem

Graduated from Johannes Kepler University-Linz, Austria in 2016. Dr. Azeem is currently working as Associate Professor in the School of Business and Economics (SBE) at the University of Management and Technology, Lahore. His main area of research interest includes Leadership, Justice, and mistreatment at workplace; which can be seen in his academic writings in the last couple of years. Some of these were presented in the world's high ranked societies like Academy of Management meetings (AOM), while others were published in reputed international journals like Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, Journal of leadership and organizational studies, Personnel Review, Asia Pacific journal of human resources, & Journal of Management and Organization.
