Description The Journal of Management and Research is the prime outlet of School of Business and Economics (SBE), of University of Management and Technology (UMT), Pakistan to disseminate scientific knowledge about the emerging trends, challenges, and solutions of management in organizations. JMR’s editorial, advisory, and reviewer boards consist of accomplished researchers and subject matter experts from prominent institutions across the globe, supporting the peer review process and quality of the journal. JMR is a double-blind peer-reviewed, open access, and biannual journal that aims to publish theoretical and empirical research concerning the contemporary management issues in the organizations – both for-profit and not-for-profit. Authors are encouraged to produce original, insightful, and theoretically and methodologically well-grounded research that contributes to management theory and practices through a significant understanding of contemporary issues and their solutions. JMR broadly publishes in the areas of strategy and policy, performance management, human resource management, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, organization development, and organization theory. Diversified and expert editorial and review boards ensure the constructive and development feedback on submissions and facilitate the authors throughout the manuscript development process.
