JMR tackles issue of copyright violation, infringement or other rift of moral practices in publication vigorously. To protect authors’ right, we seek consent from them and ensure that their intellectual property is free from plagiarism. Submitted articles’ at first go through anti-predatory procedure like-Turnitin.com before initiating review stage. But if an author finds culprit by submitting someone else’s intellectual property with his/her name without their consent, then JMR holds the right to take any legal action against that culprit as per HEC rules.

Author should give proper acknowledgement to the previous studies upon which his/her article base resides. Conflict of interest about an idea or portion discussed in the study should be properly delivered to the editor prior to the publication.
