A Qualitative Analysis of Health Sector Performance In Punjab

Abstract

This study presents a model for measuring health performance, their strengths and weaknesses, and focus on their health policy implementation, structure and culture. As a result of Punjab, the health sector improves its performance. The effect of health sector performance on health and employment by health indicators (doctors, hospitals, patients, nursing, and administration) is presented. Thus, this qualitative study is designed to examine different participants random. This study has conducted in the three different districts of the Punjab province of Pakistan. In this representative sample, district Lahore has taken from central Punjab, district Dera Ghazi Khan has taken from southern Punjab, and district Rawalpindi was taken from the northern part of the selected province. Then use NVivo-12 software to perform the statistical analysis. Results show that all participants are true to self, led with integrity, conducted themselves morally and ethically, and are recognized. This study outcome highlighted new learning regarding the value of Leadership and its impact on performance in the health sector.
